Research direction

Start by locating the code that builds the service objects returned in Manifests. Confirm how those objects are included in the generated output, then remove them as described and verify that the resulting Manifests no longer contain service objects and can load in UV and Mirador.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

interoperability

The service objects we hand back in Manifests are not actually real. When other software process our Manifests and tries to use them, they get errors, resulting in our Manifests not loading in things like UV and Mirador.

For now, we are removing service objects until such time as we can make them real enough not to break other software.
