Resolvable annotation and list @id

Description
Although the manifest generator creates these correctly, there is no AnnotationListsServlet or AnnoLineServlet to port these through so that they are resolvable. To be brought up to compliance, thiese need to be created. However, we should not need this functionality for Tradamus which was the reason for doing this.
