Research direction

Reproduce the issue with a custom “Team Managers” role granting ALL_ALL_MEMBER and ALL_ALL_TOOL. Trace how links to /project/manage and /project/manage/collaborators are shown and permission checks are applied. Done means the role receives an appropriate project-management link or consistent access path without exposing unauthorized actions.

Description

bug wontfix

I created a custom role "Team Managers" with the following permissions for testing

  • ALL_ALL_MEMBER
  • ALL_ALL_TOOL

These users are never shown a link to /project/manage. If they go directly they are denied access because they do not have the minimum permissions, and so they have no trail into /project/manage/collaborators.

However, they can access /project/manage/collaborators directly.
