Description
#handleToolMessages is duplicated in simple and full transcription interfaces. Create a small importable utility (e.g., utilities/toolMessages.js) that accepts hooks for getPage, setActiveLineIndex, and updateLines, and centralizes origin validation and line-id resolution. Update both interfaces to use it. Acceptance: both interfaces import the utility; behavior unchanged; origin validation retained.
