Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Begin by defining the target platforms and installer or package-manager scope; done would be an agreed implementation plan for simple CQ-editor installers.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

For those new to CadQuery, CQ-editor is one of the best tools for both trying it out and using it.

Unfortunately, the installation process is pretty demanding, enough so that it will put off many potential users.

Please consider creating simple installers for the major platforms. Perhaps package manager installers (homebrew, scoop, apt, yum, etc).

I realise that this is a bit of a hand wavy request, there's a lot that would have to happen, but hopefully there can be some constructive discussion about what would need to be done, and whether the effort is justified.
