Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by reproducing the template save, close, and restore workflow with identical HTNames from different sources, then trace the restore path; done means restoring the template keeps the original row count without duplicating entries, including on the Use Template tab.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Bug - Minor

Steps:
1 Create a template, and make two of the HTNames identical, but from different sources
2 Save template
3 Close program (not clear this is necessary)
4 Restore template.
Result:
The rows with identical names will be duplicated (goes from two to four entries).

Duplicate rows do not appear on the "Use Template" tab.
