Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on Android 9.x using PhotoView's onMatrixChangeListener and observing the reported scaleX and scaleY values at different zoom levels. Compare those values with the PhotoView's actual scaling behavior; done means both values track the real, proportional scale changes consistently.

Description

🐛 Bug Report

I'm using onMatrixChangeListener and scaleX and scaleY don't seem to accurately track whats going on in the PhotoView. The rate of change seems different and seems to fluctuate depending on my zoom level.

Expected behavior

scaleX and scaleY should represent the actual scaleX and scaleY values.

Reproduction steps

They won't scale proportionally.
