Research direction

Start at the student screen where LSF approval and denial actions are available, and inspect how those buttons currently trigger the action. Add a confirmation step for both choices with wording that identifies approve or deny, then verify that cancellation leaves the LSF unchanged and confirmation performs the selected action.

Description

Whenever the click "approves" or "deny" a confirmation modal in the screen with the something like "Are you sure you would like to approve/deny the lsf"? Would be helpful as there has been many instances where the wrong button is clicked accidentally (happened with me and other people I know).
