Research direction

Start at setup.py line 53, where the Python version constraint is declared. Check the constraint against the supported Python versions and verify that installation on Python 3.10+ selects the current iotedgedev release rather than 2.1.0; done means the package can be installed for the requested versions.

Description.

Would it be possible to relax Python version constraints?

The most recent version of iotedgedev on PyPi excludes Python 3.10+. As a result, quite an old version 2.1.0 gets installed.
