Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing where the tool generates Terraform configuration and state, then verify the result with a Terraform destroy workflow; done means dependencies are present in state so the generated state and configuration can be used directly for destroy.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

enhancement

Though the generated configuration contains the dependencies, while the state doesn't. This means if we don't refresh to apply the dependencies into state after running this tool, the generated state and config can't be directly used for terraform destroy.
