To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a call
  2. If muted initially, unmute yourself. Should see the orange dot beside the battery icon.
  3. Mute yourself. Orange dot still appear.
  4. If video off initially, turn on your video. Should see the green dot beside the battery icon.
  5. Turn off video. Green dot still appear.

Expected behavior
Green/orange dot beside the battery icon should disappear after turning off camera and muted.
