Research direction

No implementation file or test is identified in the issue. Start by reviewing the repository's SDK and release-note material alongside current Azure Communication Services voice capabilities; done would be a documented decision on whether IVR, text-to-speech, DTMF, and speech-to-text are supported or planned.

Description

Needs: triage :mag:

We offer both SMS/Text and Voice notification services and the SMS part of the Azure Communications Service looks perfect for our needs but we also need to be able to deliver the notifications via Voice and in some cases also ask questions and get responses.

Presently we use the Twilio https://www.twilio.com/solutions/ivr services and we are wondering if Microsoft has any plans to include these types of interactive voice services into the Azure Communications Services.

Thank you.
