Research direction

Start at the SmsClient.send() entry point and reproduce sending messages containing ^ and _. Investigate whether the transmitted and received text differs because of GSM encoding. Done means these characters are sent and received correctly, with a regression check if the repository provides a suitable test location.

Description

When trying to use the SmsClient.send() to send messages containing the "^" or "_" for example they are not received correctly. I suspect this has something to do with GSM encoding?
