Research direction

Start at Settings > Appearance > Theme & colors and compare its layout with the other settings pages. Identify how those pages create separated M3E connected lists, then make this page match that structure and verify the settings remain usable.

Description

The layout is missing the separated containers for each setting that all other pages have. Here, every setting is just on the same background and not a m3e connected list.

Expected Behavior

The page should use the same m3e connected list as other pages.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Settings -> Appearance -> Theme & colors
  2. look at the page
