What happens
A workspace named analytics is shared with me. In an analytics repo that isn't linked yet, I run altimate-code link. The picker says "Found 1 workspace." but opens on ＋ Create a quick workspace "analytics" here. Pressing Enter creates a second workspace called analytics, and the team's skills and memory are now split between the two.
The TUI's "Link this project to a workspace" picker does the same.
Expected
When a listed workspace already has the name a quick create would use, the picker opens on that workspace. Creating another workspace with the same name asks for confirmation first.
