Research direction

Start with the README section 'Adding a new block', which lists the four places to change. Then read the MODELS list and an existing model in viewer/blocks.js, the helpers in viewer/kit.js, and the MODELS list in lib/validate.js. Add one new model (cell, atom or tree) in the same style, document it in prompts/system.md, and add it to a spread in books/blocks-demo/book.json. Done means the model validates and renders in the blocks-demo book.

Description

enhancement help wanted scene block
What problem would this solve?

The showcase scene block has models like globe, head, molecule, dna and gear, but courses in biology and chemistry often need a cell, an atom or a tree (data structures, phylogeny).

What would you like to happen?

Add one or more models to the MODELS list in viewer/blocks.js (and MODELS in lib/validate.js), in the same pen-and-ink style as the existing ones, using the helpers in viewer/kit.js. Document each model in prompts/system.md and add it to a spread in books/blocks-demo/book.json. See README, 'Adding a new block', for the four places to touch. One model per PR is perfect.
