We should set a width parameter in the make-live.R workflow for consistent rendering of notebooks (as noted in this comment on that issue), similarly to what was done in the refinebio-examples repo (AlexsLemonade/refinebio-examples#402).

We did this for the "examples" but it was a bit of a hack, so doing this again would probably be similarly hackish.
which suggests to me that AlexsLemonade/refinebio-examples#402 is probably a good place to start when tackling this issue.
