Research direction

Start by locating the boss desk interaction and the existing Minesweeper/telescope functionality. Define the management surface around workers, status, repo/worktree, token usage, blockers, PR state, running servers, queued tasks, and quick commands; done means these are available from the boss desk without losing the playful 3D interface.

Description

His reaction to the boss's chair was essentially: this feels like where I should be orchestrating workers, but currently there’s mostly Minesweeper/telescope functionality. Make sitting at the boss desk provide a high-level management surface: all workers, status, repo/worktree, token usage, blockers/“needs you,” PR state, running servers, queued tasks, and quick commands. This could become the serious productivity mode layered on top of the playful 3D interface.
