Start from the Tools/Database menu action: find where its enablement is computed and look for platform gating (e.g. Windows checks), feature-flag or language-server readiness conditions that leave it disabled on win32. Also check the SQL editor right-click menu registration and the command palette contributions for the same database feature, since all three are missing together. Done looks like the database connection configuration is reachable on Windows 11 with JDK 17 and JDT LS 1.61, with no menu or command grayed out.

3、打开sql文件编辑框右键也无数据库链接配置等相关菜单
4、命令/插件中搜索不到database数据库相关
