Is it possible to have a set of users which are cross realm, but only to some extent? I've created an image to better explain.
The image depicts a situation where members of a Support Team can access any number of realms (customers in my case), however only a given set (i.e not all realms).
Alt. 1 depicts full flexibility, whether Alt. 2 depicts that a realm can only have 1 Support Team assigned. Alt. 1 would be my preferred solution (but Alt. 2 may be sufficient).
Is it possible to somehow achieve this using Zulip?
This would best be accomplished with some sort of realm groups, so realm access wouldn't need to be assigned individually:
User -> Group -> Realm
Short background of my requirements if it may help: A Customer user should be able to ask private questions which all members of assigned Support Teams may see and respond to. Users at the customer should not see other users' conversations, only their own (because conversations may be of private nature). Support Teams should be able to contact Customer users individually or in group.
