Description

This Zulip feature: https://zulip.com/help/start-a-call#start-a-video-call

Zulip makes it convenient to add a video or voice call link to any message, using the call provider (Jitsi, Zoom, etc.) configured by your organization's administrators.

This is a feature the legacy app had, and would be good to add here. We've had one user request for it: #mobile > Missing "Start Jitsi Meeting" button in mobile app @ 💬

Contributor guide

Study the existing compose button implementation in the codebase (e.g., buttons for file upload, emoji) and add a new button that triggers the configured call provider to start a video call. Follow the pattern used in Zulip web for reference.
