For example, Yandex Browser.

Like it's done for already available browsers, see this and this files.

I have no ideas where I can find the data source, so required your help.

Research direction
Examine the existing mapping files (mapping.mjs and data.mjs) in the packages/core js compat/src/ and scripts/build compat/ directories to understand the data structure. Search for compatibility data for Yandex Browser from sources like caniuse.com, MDN, or the browser vendor. Look for version release history and API support tables. Then add new entries following the pattern of existing browsers.
