What happened?
When the downloads button is visible in the toolbar, it appears to be smaller size compared to other icons and the share button.
Expected behavior
Download and Share buttons should be at consistent sizes
Actual behavior
share button is larger or download button is smaller
Steps to reproduce
Add share button and download button to toolbar
