描述

Typical use case - Steam Deck. When I launch Xenia via Steam, it starts emulating gamepad. I am able to go fullscreen by tapping on Window, then Fullscreen. After this, the only way to leave fullscreen would be to connect an external keyboard so I can press F11 or Esc. Would be much more convenient to be able to leave fullscreen mode by double tapping the display.

Investigate how fullscreen is currently toggled via keyboard shortcuts (F11/Esc) in Xenia. Look at the windowing code under `xenia/ui/` to find the existing fullscreen toggle function. Understand how mouse events are captured in the game area. Implement a double click event handler that calls the same fullscreen toggle function. Ensure it does not conflict with other double click actions (if any). Test on platforms where double click toggling is expected.
