[Bug] [iOS] image doesn't expand if LayoutOptions are defined

Description

in iOS, images are not expanding when LayoutOptions are defined even though the options are declared with "andExpand"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached program in Android. Open the Master Menu. Note that the image expands to take most of the view area (Aspect Fit) while anchored to the bottom of the view
2. Run the program in iOS and open the menu. Note that there is a large white space on 3 sides of the image, it has not expanded, but it is anchored to the bottom of the view
3. Open MenuPage.cs and comment lines 21 & 22 (the setting of the Vertical and Horizontal Options in the Image object). Run in iOS again. This time the image did expand, although it is centered vertically.

Expected Behavior

The image should expand to fill the parent area.

Actual Behavior

The images does not expand
