Button Pressed Animation not shown in iOS

Description

The Xamarin Forms Button was added to the scroll view the button pressed animation was not shown in the UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached sample
2. Tab the Button in StackLayout and ScrollView
3. The Button inside the ScrollView don't have the tab animations. Check the attached video

Expected Behavior

The Button clicked animation will show in all the layouts

Actual Behavior

The clicked animation was not shown in ScrollView

Basic Information

• IDE: VS17 Mac
• Platform Target Frameworks:
  • iOS: 12.1
• Nuget Packages: only Xamarin Forms
• Affected Devices: Checked in the simulator, all type of simulator the issue was reproduced
