we added ImageButton (#1724) in 3.4.0. The entry in the toolbox https://github.com/xamarin/Xamarin.Forms/blob/master/Xamarin.Forms.Core.Design/toolbox/Xamarin.Forms.toolbox.xml is missing

we're waiting on https://github.com/xamarin/icons/issues/231 for the icon
