Webapp to add entries

My idea is to create a webapp to add new entries. It can be a simple form that uses the GitHub API to create the PRs.

That has several advantages:

• no need to mess with git (many developers seem to struggle here. but it might add to the github/developer experience and is an opportunity to learn)
• no need to mess with JSON (but might add to the github/developer experience)
• autocompletition for tags, so the same get used. no spelling mistakes

There are a lot of Vue.js developers here. That might be a good tool that can achieve this easily.
