See https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/1665. Example of a reflection test: https://software.hixie.ch/utilities/js/live-dom-viewer/?saved=4463 (but behavior tests seem much more subtle---maybe a service worker could test successfully).

Investigate the behavior of the `as` attribute on `<link>` elements in terms of case sensitivity. The linked spec issue (https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/1665) and the example reflection test (https://software.hixie.ch/utilities/js/live dom viewer/?saved=4463) provide background. Behavior tests might require a service worker to intercept responses. Look at existing tests in the wpt repository under HTML/dom or link related directories for patterns.
