描述

  • I am on the latest Hyper.app version
  • I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate

Issue

Launching Hyper briefly opens a terminal window and the attached error message. When OK is clicked, both error and terminal window close. Hyper remains running but no windows can be created.

I noticed the error message only occurs when Little Snitch intercepts the call to hyper.is on application launch. When Little Snitch is turned off a window silently opens then immediately closes.

Look at the main process initialization code in the repository (likely in `app/` or `src/`) to handle network failures gracefully, possibly by adding error handling for the `hyper.is` call.
