[MIR] component-mismatches doesn't watch restricted

The binaries from broadcom-sta are in restricted but have Recommends: module-assistant while module-assistant is in universe.

The component-mismatches reports do not warn about this.

• cpaelzer: We acknowledge the problem, my gut feeling is because of "restricted". But this needs someone with time to debug. Hope to find someone in future MIR meetings, today no one raised a hand :-/
