Add support for purifier CA2010 (similar to the supported CA3000: https://github.com/tuya/tuya-home-assistant/pull/123)

I can see it was added but it's not possible to control it in any way (doesn't have entities.)

IMHO it's gonna be the same as in https://github.com/tuya/tuya-home-assistant/pull/123.

I haven't seen the device info in the logs anywhere :thinking: .

which is weird because it's possible to control it from the android app.
