  3. What did you do? If possible, provide a recipe for reproducing the error. A complete runnable program is good.

  4. What did you expect to see? When starting or rolling update tikv binary or docker instances, we need to check tikv instance started successfully. Is there any health HTTP endpoint to check tikv status?
