Emagging the Library Console, then choosing No when selecting the Forbidden Lore option, permanently removes the ability to emag it or select that option

Issue Summary:

Emagging a Library Console (the one behind/on the curator's desk) gives you the Forbidden Lore option. Not sure if it currently still does, but this was the action that used to let you print real cult daggers. Clicking it now gives you a pop-up that says:

'Are you absolutely sure you want to proceed?' 'EldritchRelics Inc. will take no responsibility for this choice'

If you click no at this point, the screen does a little jitter-flash and the option disappears as if it was no longer emagged, but you also can't emag it again, with it not returning any message if you try. Unsure if it's intended to be one-time only or not, but it not giving a message afterwards if you try again feels like the latter. Tried to code dive tgui / interfaces / Library Console, but it's incomprehensible to my caveman brain.
