Copy existing Riivolution and RawkSD wiki contents and releases over to this repository

I need to evaluate what can/should be preserved vs. what can't/shouldn't.

Motivations

• Better promotion and navigation of releases.
  • The Open Shop Channel does not have the Brawl-themed Riivolution skin. (...yet?)
  • Older versions would be found from either an official clone of the wiki or this unofficial clone of the clone. Outside of that, lots of old links still go to rvlution.net, which is now being squatted by scammers/spammers and parked.
  • Also, I want to add a changelog for Riivolution for Wii Mini since those commits were imported to the repository.
• Accessibility of information and documentation.
  • Unfortunately, RawkSD has been very buried compared to Riivolution. This includes information about it. Did you know there was a RawkSD wiki? It's not in the GitHub README. RawkSD itself is not on the Open Shop Channel or even the original Homebrew Browser.
  • There are a few undocumented Riivolution patch format types. Particularly, <shift> and <dlc>, the latter of which was used by RawkSD. Would be nice to look into them some more and figure out what makes them tick.
