Create ComboBox Sample to mirror AutoComplete Input Chip Sample

In V2 there was a sample that used the InputChip and Autocomplete together:

My team combined this with the popup sample on the same page, to create a multi-select AutoComplete Combobox

There is no easy parallel to this with the V4 Combobox, which made our recent migration time consuming. I'd love to see Skeleton support this type of feature, either with a native / expanded component or a more detailed sample in the documentation.
