Add clear all button for the recently conjugated verbs view

• This issue is blocked by #619 where the "Recently conjugated verbs" UI is created.

This issue would add in the "Clear all" button to the Conjugate tab of the application as seen in the Figma designs here. This would clear all the entries in the recently conjugated view.

Before work is done here, we should confirm that this is sensible UI and that we shouldn't move this button somewhere else in the UI.
