Support automatically popping up import resource modal and starting upload when dragging files onto the canvas

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, when a user drags and drops files onto the canvas, there is no automated workflow for handling the imported files. This feature request suggests implementing an automatic process where: 1) When files are dragged onto the canvas, a modal dialog for importing resources immediately appears, 2) The import process begins automatically, 3) The user can review and confirm the imported files in the modal before final upload/processing.
