The current implementation is still built around the now deprecated osm2vectortiles - so let's switch it to its successor OpenMapTiles!

Things to do:

adapt Renderer._generateDrawOrder to the new Tile Schema
adapt styles or fork & adapt the OpenMapTiles ones for console usage
setup a server to serve the Planet MBTiles
