Need to investigate the issue called out in https://discuss.python.org/t/clarify-the-usages-of-relative-paths-beyond-project-directory-in-package-metadata/108259 and ensure that hatchling is doing the correct thing to either error out or replace the field in metadata while marking it as no longer dynamic.
