Make applied filters editable

Describe the bug Will be good to edit the already applied filter for Messages with click on it, to not open the filters one more time.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to Topic/Messages
2. Apply filter (saved/custom)
3. Click on applied filter

Expected behavior Should open the applied filter with possibility to edit
