Persepolis should not inhibit monitor power savig while is running

• Operating System: Linux

• Distro(For GNU/Linux and BSD users): Arch

• Desktop Environment(For GNU/Linux and BSD users): KDE Plasma 5.12.3

• Persepolis Version: 3.0.1

• How do you install Persepolis? (Repositories, source, ...) AUR

• Please attach log files if crash or paste error message

Issue Description and steps to reproduce: I configured my monitor to turn off after a timeout in KDE settings, however persepolis inhibits power management while is running (even when no download is in progress) and my monitor remains active when timeout is reached.

Steps to reproduce start kde plasma session open "system settings > power management" set "screen energy saving" to 1 minute and apply open persepolis and do not use your computer during 1 minute Result: your monitor is still on
