The issue requests adding Forth language support to OpenGrok. First, check if Forth is now supported by Exuberant Ctags or if a custom analyzer is needed. Look at existing analyzers in the repository under 'src/org/opensolaris/opengrok/analysis' for examples. The issue is very old (2013) and may require updating for the current codebase.
