Actual behaviour
Backup of contacts is done without taking into account if the device is on mobile or on wifi
Expected behaviour
The app should not upload the backup when the app is on mobile - it should be configurable
Steps to reproduce
- configure contacts backup
- go on mobile
- wait for contact backup to get triggered
