Hermes agent is not responding

I started running a three-container setup on my server as follows:

cp .env.docker.example .env
docker compose -f docker-compose.three-container.yml up -d

Everything went smoothly with pulling images and running the containers. I set up some port forwards to access Hermes on my local machine. However, only the web UI dashboard at http://localhost:8787 is accessible, and I can't open the Hermes dashboard at http://localhost:9119. Direct access via the server's IP address also doesn't work. After opening the web UI dashboard, I get a Hermes agent is not responding error. Docker ps confirms that all three containers are up and running.

Have I missed any steps?
