I think it is possible to have the agent do a review each week, look for opportunities to simplify or improve the repository, and create issues for these with a specific status. We could customise the skill for a specific environment (e.g. to contain clear guardrails for things such as module versions, patterns etc).

It should create a parent issue (a bit like renovate), that holds the sub-issues.

Then a maintainer can decide which of these should be pursued, or ignored - somehow the parent issue should allow this.
