Header and Footer Entry dialog does not open on double click

Describe the bug In MU3 the Header and Footer entry dialog opens when you double click on the header or footer elements, or by menu-format-style-header/footer.

In MU4 only the menu options works - perhaps the double click is a feature that has been taken out? My system suffers from the issue that the style dialog takes >5 seconds to open which may be related- see:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create header or footer, or it should just work on default "2"of second page in new document
2. Double click on header or footer element
3. wait.
4. nothing happens

Expected behavior Header/footer entry dialog should open
