We should get a public-instance API key for https://www.webpagetest.org/, so we can start getting Firefox for Android metrics (note: GeckoView support will soon be tracked).
Location should be --location "Dulles_MotoG4:Moto%20G4%20-%20Firefox", until we can start with the requested Moto 5 platform, a la https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Performance/WebPageTest#Use_a_real_mobile_phone
