Visiting a reading list site that has not been previously opened in reader mode never renders content

Steps to reproduce:

• Visit a new wikipedia page
• Open the app menu > tools > add to reading list (e.g. for the new app menu)
• Navigate to the reading list panel (same panel as bookmarks, history, downloads…)
• Tap the new reading list website
• Observe that content never loads (Loading content...)

﹍Note﹍: You can tap refresh on the URL bar and it tries again and will load your content. But it’s not an obvious workaround. You can also leave and re-enter reading mode from the toolbar.
