描述

Grin should already support in the near future:

  • multisig using aggregate (formerly Schnorr) signatures ;
  • time-locked transactions.

Using these primitives, figure out how to implement vaults [1] [2].

Review the linked papers on Bitcoin vaults (references [1] and [2]) and explore how the primitives of multisig (aggregate signatures) and time locked transactions already supported in Grin can be combined to realize vault functionality. Examine existing Grin codebase for relevant modules and discuss possible approaches in the issue comments.
